Our bottom flanging equipment is represented by the XBJ-3500 edge bending machine.
The XBJ-3500 edging machine has the following characteristics:- The maximum diameter of the processed bottom – 3 500 mm;
- The minimum diameter of the processed bottom is 500 mm;
- The minimum metal thickness is 2 mm, the maximum metal thickness is 8 mm;
- The height of the curved edge from 25 to 50 mm.
- Bending radius - 25-40 mm, depending on the installed tool.
The edge bending machine allows you to adjust the speed, direction of the rollers rotation, the angle of the work area inclination and other parameters from the digital control panel. The machine is also equipped with optical sensors for automatically hold a given angle and edge height. To fix the workpiece with a diameter of more than 700 mm, a movable support with vacuum suction cups is used, the workpieces with a diameter of less than 700 mm are fixed with a nut.
The machine can bend the edges of the round or oval bottoms, conical withcone’s height up to 500 mm and flat bottoms.
